Well, I was bored last night and began to think. (ohoh xD)
Since our roleplaying forum's layout/banners have been rather dead for the past eons of months, I thought maybe we could play around with some other stuff. As you may have noticed the section on the left side of the page that originally listed the 'links' is now replaced with a new 'Featured Quote' section.
We all have days where we may be reading a book, watching a movie, browsing the internet, or even talking to another individual -- and suddenly you get inspired by a quote. Whether it inspires you to write, or whether you simply like what the words mean (or both) -- this is an opportunity to bring up any quotes that you enjoy. This is of course, totally optional.
Every now and then, I will be replacing our featured quote with a new one. I will not give a set date on how often I will do this, since there are long periods of time I'm away from the forum, so I don't want to make any false promises. However, just keep in mind that it will be updated from time to time, may that be in a week's worth, or several months.
If there's a quote that particularly interests you, post them here, and when it's time to update our Featured Quote section, yours will show up there eventually. The quote can be about anything; from a book, movie, video game, and even a silly quote from one of us that we've found memorable. Have fun =3

nobody can tell what is right and what is wrong, what is righteous and what is evil. Even if there is a god. . . and i had his teachings before me, i would think it through. . . and decide if that was right or wrong myself. - Near, Death Note

"My country lay within a vast desert. When the sun rose into the sky, a burning wind punished my lands, searing the world. And when the moon climbed into the dark of night, a frigid gale pierced our homes. No matter when it came, the wind carried the same thing... Death. But the winds that blew across the green fields of Hyrule brought something other than suffering and ruin. I coveted that wind, I suppose."

Whoever said anything was possible has obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.

"I think there are those with something wrong in them, and no matter the trying to change them back to good, you always fail." -Alice, Red Dog, Red Dog
"An adult once told me that very few dreams come true. . . it is true? Do you have to be perfect to pursue your dreams? Is it pointless to work hard so you can be the person you want to be?" -Amu, Shugo Chara!
"I'll tell you a secret about story telling. . . Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. . were not perfect at the beginning. At the beginning of the story, the main character is always missing something. It's only a happy ending on the last page, right? If the Princess had everything at the beginning, there wouldn't be a story. Anyone who is imperfect or incomplete can become the main character." -First King, Shugo Chara!
